About
The North Hill Historic District is a residential neighborhood in New Castle, Pennsylvania that was entered into the National Register on December 15, 1999. It is located just north of New Castle's central business district and contained 1,888 buildings and one bridge at the time of its listing. It is a strong example of an upper and middle-management residential neighborhood in Western Pennsylvania between 1870 and 1949, though the stories of their residences continues into the present.
