I am of the mindset that massage does not have to hurt for it to be effective. There is a fine line between 'hurts so good' and 'just plain hurts,' and I try to find that balance. I use a lot of lengthening, pulling, and passive stretching on the table to remind the body of how everything fits and functions together, as a whole. I enjoy interacting with others and understanding their pain points and areas of discomfort and doing everything I can to help restore better function, health, and happiness.
