Pam's Healing Hands

My name is Pamela Rose-Dailey owner of Pam's Healing Hands located in Chicago, IL. the Beverly area. I attended South Suburban College in 2005 and earned my degree in massage therapy. My goal is to help people live better lives by utilizing the healing benefits of massage, assisted stretching, myofascial decompression using cupping and reflexology. The massage therapy techniques that I use combined with my advanced knowledge of human movement can be beneficial to everyone when applied in a personalized manner by a knowledgeable therapist.

I have spent 20+ years working in manual therapy based physical therapy clinics in which massage techniques combined with progressive exercise were utilized to alleviate pain and movement disorders and maximize energy and health. I bring my years of working in the health and movement field to the table in one unique style designed to get the best therapeutic results to fit the unique needs of each and every client. I am well versed in myofascial, deep tissue, active release techniques to effectively treat prenatal, lymphatic, sports medicine and geriatric clients.

During my time off I enjoy running, lifting weights and deep breathing/relaxation techniques in order to keep myself healthy to best serve my clients. In today's busy world regular self care is a MUST and I can help you achieve your health and relaxation goals.
