Parker's Grille & Tavern

Paul Kalberer, Victoria Mowbray, and James Mowbray opened the doors to Parker’s Grille & Tavern in 2013. Using Paul’s experience as an executive chef, Victoria’s culinary expertise as a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and James’s years of property management experience, the team dreamed up this American-style bistro in their hometown of Avon Lake.

The team named the restaurant after James and Victoria’s son, Parker, who happens to be the godson of Paul Kalberer. James says of the restaurant, “We [went] into this as family, so there’s no better way to represent that than by naming the restaurant after someone we each care and love for.”

Co-owners James and Victoria Mowbray, along with co-owner and Executive Chef Paul Kalberer, are proud to be part of the greater Cleveland community and look forward to making Parker’s Grille & Tavern your favorite restaurant in Avon Lake.
