After working in home exterior construction for 17 years, Richard Simmons decided to create a company that prioritizes family. Not only for Richard’s family but also for his employees’ and clients’ families. Richard witnessed how stressful it is for families to have a parent work an irregular schedule. And he also saw people work hard every day with little or nothing to show for it.

Richard committed to running Peak Home Exteriors differently.

He vowed to create a place everyone would be proud of and where the employees enjoy waking up and going to work. A place where people are smiling and laughing and having a good time. Someone who is happy and has an excellent work-life balance will be more capable of creating exceptional spaces for the client.
