PEARLS for Teen Girls

PEARLS believes that every girl is precious with unique gifts and strengths. PEARLS groups are weekly fun, interactive sessions that bring girls together throughout the whole school year to have REAL conversations, play games, and learn more about themselves and the world around them. Our groups are safe spaces for girls in 5th-12th grade, run by a team of program coordinators, associate program coordinators and teen facilitators. 100% Free for Girls and 100% voluntary. We focus on these core areas: Striving to Achieve, Helping Hands in the Community, Social Emotional Learning, Trauma-Informed Care, Self-Development, Self-Esteem Building, Building Healthy Relationships, and College and Career Readiness. PEARLS groups meet once or twice weekly at local schools, community centers, and our PEARLS office. Traditional Groups are held at schools; Open Groups are open to any girl and held after school at Community Sites or the PEARLS office, with virtual and hybrid options available. PEARLS For Teen Girls is proud to be a United Way sponsored agency.
