Penn Street Art Bridge

About
The Penn Street Art Bridge is an outdoor public art space in York, Pennsylvania, established in 2017 to transform a "vandalism issue" into a creative community asset. It provides a safe, legal space for street artists and community members to share their work while raising awareness about the beauty of graffiti and street art. The bridge is constantly changing as new artwork is put up by local and visiting artists, functioning similarly to graffiti alleys in other major cultural hubs. There are no rules, only two guidelines, and everyone is welcome to put up art to contribute to the ever-changing face of the walls and walkways.
