We are committed to the COMPLETE DEVELOPMENT of each and every player in our club program. At Blast, we want to push our players outside their comfort zone. We want to challenge their skill level and lacrosse IQ knowledge by developing them both technically and tactically. ADVANCED TECHNICAL & TACTICAL INSTRUCTION

The game of lacrosse is a highly skilled sport. The players who proper skill and technique develop much quicker overall; therefore skill instruction is one of our main focuses in our program. We teach the most advanced skills to even our youngest players.

Women’s lacrosse is always changing; strategies, tactics, drills, terminology and even the rules! By the time our players graduate high school, their game knowledge has been thoroughly developed and they are ready for the next level of lacrosse.
