Piece of Cake Bakery was founded in 1998 by two sisters that had a passion for baking and an artistic flare. Cate and Kristi wanted to share their family recipes with their hometown. Over the years, their menu has expanded to add new recipes to the old favorites. Now, 25 years later, Piece of Cake is the premier bakery in Evansville.
