POKE TOKI is an up-scale, fast casual restaurant, specializing in different influences of Korean, Japanese, and Hawaiian style POKE bowls. Our vision is to establish POKE TOKI as the freshest, fastest, and healthiest POKE establishment in Michigan and beyond.

POKE (pronounced “POKE-KAY”) bowls are a Hawaiian staple that features raw, diced, marinated fish traditionally tossed with rice, vegetables, and variety of sauces. At POKE TOKI, we put our own spin on the island favorite, along with Japanese Sushi version and Korean Bibimbap version that is specially cultivated to fit what this town is needed!
