Poppy Bakery is a small batch Wisconsin based bakery focusing on quality and seasonality. We strive to highlight nostalgic flavors utilizing local ingredients whenever possible. Poppy Bakery started with the dream of providing thoughtful & delicious pastries using as much local produce, flour and dairy as possible. Seasonality plays a huge role in each menu we create; from bright summer berries to crisp fall apples. Menu features croissants, scones, banana bread, coffeecake, focaccia, cookies, brownies, and more — all made with locally sourced ingredients from farms like Mick Klug Farms and Meadowlark Organics. Also accepting custom pastry orders and preorders for special events. Sourdough starter also available.
