Potomac Center Specialized

The Potomac Center is West Virginia's only intensive training facility for children with intellectual/developmental disabilities and accompanying behavioral problems. The Center offers a unique, desperately needed array of residential services in a family-oriented atmosphere for a deserving population of West Virginians.

We are a registered 501C(3) private, not-for-profit agency that is always in need of funding to buy the essentials the children need such as clothing, educational supplies, and also to ensure active participation in community outings and recreational activities.
