PRO Cleaning by Shannon LLC New Client Policies:

1. I charge $50 p/hour for an initial deep cleaning to get a feel for the flow of the house. Then a flat rate is given that doesn't fluctuate if I leave early or stay late.. and both will happen at times.

a. My fee is based on gas mileage, the cost of insurance and supplies, how often I clean the house per month and length of time it takes to complete job.

2. Payment is due when my job is complete. I accept cash check PayPal or Zelle.

3. I can work around any situation, but I work best and more thoroughly when I am left alone.

4. I require 48 hours' notice for cancellation but prefer more time if at all possible (to be able to fill your spot). And if cancellations are repetitive, I reserve right to remove a client from my schedule.

5.Your cleaning fee does include all cleaning supplies, which will be provided by PRO Cleaning by Shannon LLC. If a client prefers specific cleaning products, please call to arrange prior to cleaning appointment. By choosing alternative cleaning products, the client agrees to provide the products at time of service. It is also understood that the outcome of service may vary and cannot be guaranteed for clients who choose this option. The client also agrees that the cost of service will not be reduced from the standard rate agreed to by the client and provider.

6. Communication is key to a great experience! It is my goal to exceed expectations, but if for any reason, you are not satisfied, please reach out promptly (and preferably in person).
