OUR STORY

Safe Electric is owned and operated by Matt Wehrle. Matt got his start with electrical work as a young man in the Union of Columbus apprenticeship program. After dabbling with traditional college found that working with his hands and service to the community was his passion and that’s where it all began. Safe Electric has been in business, serving the greater Columbus area since 1994. Though the company has evolved over the years, one thing has remained the same and that is our commitment to providing high-quality work that leaves our clients homes electrically safe and better than when we found them. Matt is a family man. With four children of his own, he understands the balance of work and home and desires that his team members have strong family values to pair with their passion for what they do for a living.
