Semtrain founder Professor Bobby Rauf began developing seminars over 20 years ago as community service for the PE community when he sensed that while there were plenty of PDH seminars, many did not deliver sufficient opportunity for refreshing and enhancing engineering related skills. Professor Rauf was also driven by the lack of cross training courses which led to the development of his first 8-PDH course titled “Electrical Engineering for Non-Electrical Engineers.” That course precipitated in his best selling 550+ page book, also titled: “Electrical Engineering for Non-Electrical Engineers.” Rest, as they say, is history! Aligned with that tradition, what sets Semtrain apart from other large PDH / CPC Course Providers, is that Semtrain does not launch or offer any course that does not deliver substantial amount knowledge and skills.
