Whether it’s a room refresh or a whole new house project, I give you a palette AND a fresh coat of paint that defines your style and that enhances the design of your home. I learned the craft of interior painting while I was also earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Masters of Art in Painting from Western Michigan University. Then I got my textile fix at Cranbrook Academy of Art, earning a Master of Fine Arts in Fiber. In between sessions I came back to painting houses whenever I had a chance - it was pretty obvious that I was smitten with home improvement.

I look at home projects just like a work of art: there are multiple layers to a painting to give it dimension, and the same goes for those rooms that just feel “right.” I think that’s what makes Spruce Interiors different: we are more than just a painting business. We see every layer of a room as an integral part to the masterpiece.
