Frustrated by late deliveries and poor service from suppliers to their family business, brother and sister team, Steve Staub and Sandy Keplinger started Staub Manufacturing Solutions in April 1997 with a commitment to give manufacturers a “no-hassle” sourcing experience.

Steve and Sandy were determined to build a business that was better. One that treats customers the way they want to be treated, providing great service and reliable deliveries. They adopted the philosophy of “Always do the right thing” from their father, Ben Staub Sr, a long-time Dayton-area manufacturing business owner.

Today STAUB is the preferred fabrication supplier of many top OEM’s and is a nationally-recognized leader in the manufacturing industry. We value long-term relationships and that reflects in our 96% customer retention rate. We have the processes in place to ensure that you receive what you need, when you need it.

As an advocate for the manufacturing industry, Steve serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Manufacturers Association, XtremeSTEM (A workforce development organization) and The Hobart Institute of Welding Technologies.
