I’m Quinton McNair, a retired U.S. Army veteran, and I founded Strugglebeard Bakery as more than just a place to sell sweets—it was a way to heal. After serving for 24 years, I struggled with PTSD and depression, and baking became my therapy, helping me find purpose and clarity. What started as a personal outlet turned into a community-focused bakery, where I not only share my passion for bold, indulgent flavors but also advocate for mental health awareness and mentorship. Strugglebeard Bakery is a reflection of my journey—one of resilience, creativity, and connection.
