we source the best of what our region has to offer—including the grain from which we mill our own flour—often directly from farmers. We use no GMO grain and any flour we buy is certified organic. We currently use homestead creamery milk and cream. we use 83% plugra butter.Our vegetables, fruits, meats, and eggs are either certified organic or go beyond the organic standard and are from virginia.
