The Parlor Dim Sum

Centered around Dim Sum, Cantonese BBQ, Congee and other Cantonese dishes, The Parlor Dim Sum will showcase cooking methods like "Wok Hei", also known as the breath of the wok. Stir frying very quickly at a high heat allows the ingredients to be imbued with a slight yet distinct charred flavor to the dishes.

Dim Sum, our specialty, is a Cantonese-style brunch which consists of a wide range of bite-sized portion dishes, both savory and sweet, to be served with hot tea. Popular dishes are Har Gow, Siu Mai, Cha Siu Bao, Cantonese Roast Duck, and many, many others.
