Mechanical engineers, Tatyana Rehn and John Emerman, turned in their calculators and drafting pencils for rolling pins and whisks back in 1995 to pursue their dream of opening an artisan bakery/café.
Oven the past 3 decades, Clevelanders have fallen in love with their crusty European breads and flaky croissants.
Please stop by one of our cafes to sample our homemade soups, sandwiches, salads, and espresso drinks.
