The Wandering Bock Pretzel Pub & Brat Haus

Papa Pretzel is a family owned, Kentucky Proud product deeply rooted in the North Limestone neighborhood of Lexington, Kentucky. We are dedicated to handcrafted, high quality products that support our local farmers, producers, and communities.

Our twist on the classic soft pretzel includes a non-traditional braided shape and a house propagated sourdough culture for leavening. Our Kentucky style beer cheeses are scratch made utilizing as many local ingredients as possible.

All items are available for walk-up sales six days a week at The Wandering Bock, our pretzel bakery and pub inside Greyline Station.

In addition, our pretzels and pretzel split rolls are sold wholesale and served by local chefs, craft breweries, and shops in and around Central Kentucky as well as at festivals and pop-up events. Follow us on social media to see where we go next.
