During the Prohibition era, the space operated as a popular local speakeasy. Remnants of that time still exist—like the underground tunnel hidden next to lane 1. When the building was converted into a bowling alley in the mid-20th century, it quickly became a neighborhood staple. Unlike flashy modern alleys, Timber Lanes has always stayed true to the game's roots. We've maintained manual scoring, vintage seating, and a sense of community that's rare to find in the digital age.
