We are a family owned, Christian dojo dedicated to teaching traditional Japanese, Shotokan Karate. We focus on empowering and bettering each other with values and virtues of martial arts. We help each of our students to learn self-defense and other measures to help against bullies, strangers, or 'tricky friends'. Karate is more than just punching, kicking, and self defense. Karate is about building confidence, increasing mental focus, increasing personal fitness, and making friendships that will last a life time.
