Tri-Taylor Realty

Founded in 2004, Tri-Taylor Realty & Management, Inc. is a full-service real estate brokerage firm focusing on property management and leasing. While originally started on the West Side of Chicago in the Tri-Taylor Neighborhood, we have expanded over the years to serve the entire City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Our mission is to give everyone access to the quality housing that they deserve.

We manage all sizes of building, from single family dwellings, to larger multi-unit properties, as well as commercial spaces.

We have OSHA certification for safety, and currently work with The Chicago Housing Authority, Veterans Administration, and numerous other housing and tenant organizations across the City of Chicago.

We have passed all Fair Housing and Code of Ethics certifications required by the State of Illinois.

We handle maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, collection of rents, and all day to day issues associated with building ownership. We also do consulting for rehabs, building violations, building compliance, turnovers, and repairs.
