I’m Paige. The owner behind Val’s, wife and super proud mom. Welcome to my bakery. I’ve taken the base of family recipes and put my personal flare and twist on them. Food is art, and I love to play. My hope is that when you take a bite of your treats from Val’s, it might just brighten your day the way these recipes have for me and my family for generations. Val’s started as a home bakery in 2020 during the pandemic shutdowns. It grew from a few orders a week, to hundreds. Eventually I was offered an opportunity to share a kitchen space with Dished! in Kettering. After 8 months, I decided to open my own location on Brown St. In just 6 months, we quickly outgrew the space and are now open with a full scale bakery in Downtown Dayton.
