Today Villa Terrace and its Renaissance Garden are zoned as Milwaukee County parkland. Together, they serve the citizens of Milwaukee through the creation and promotion of local, regional and international visual and decorative arts, and a wide range of intergenerational community arts programming that includes theater, music, arts and crafts, creative writing, poetry, and gardening. The Villa is a sixteenth-century Northern Italian-style home designed by renowned architect David Adler, featuring the Mercury Courtyard, Great Hall, Dining Room, Library, and Renaissance Garden. Home to the Colnik Collection of ornamental ironwork. Offering rotating exhibitions, events including yoga, wine tastings, dance classes, concerts, children's programs, film screenings, and more. Also available for private events and weddings, filming and photography, and memberships. Admission: $15 adults, $10 students, $5 seniors (60+). Free for members, military, and those receiving food assistance.
