About

Our past makes our present more meaningful. Since 1977, the Warrick County Museum has given residents and visitors an enjoyable and entertaining glimpse into the history and heritage of Warrick County.

Located in Boonville’s picturesque Ella Williams School, which served the community’s children from 1901 to 1976, the museum maintains an extensive collection. It provides interactive programming on the county’s history and citizens. It is a repository of treasured mementos and priceless artifacts, preserved to to make today’s lives even more meaningful.

A visit to the Warrick County Museum is like stepping back in time, with a wide variety of exhibits pertaining to our cultural history and natural history. We offer school tours and live events, in addition to our regular hours. We hope we will see you soon!
