Wiefit was started in 2003 by Brian Wiefering as an online Nutrition and Training company. Brian saved enough money to open up a 5000 square foot studio in Newport Kentucky in 2008 and purchase enough equipment to fill the space, all with zero loans, which has helped Wiefit keep its prices very affordable!
