A 'classic' hand roll is fresh fish or vegetables and seasoning, rolled tight a crispy piece of nori and dipped in soy. Our premium U-Maki are open-faced rolls, assembled in a stand to display the artfully assembled ingredients. Our Hand Roll bar is free-flowing a-la-carte, and includes a full Vegetarian and Gluten-Free menu, as well as individual nigiri.
