Boerne Boo! is a fall festival hosted each year around Halloween by the City of Boerne. Join us for a ghastly good time at this free family-friendly event with arts and crafts, trick or treating, bounce houses, carnival games, food trucks, music, and of course lots of candy and prizes!
To top off all the fun, there is always a costume contest for kids, adults and new category by popular demand... pets, so be sure to come dressed to impress! Check out the details below for the next Boerne Boo!

No trick here, Boerne Boo! will be at the Patrick Heath Public Library (451 N. Main St.) on October 24, 2026, from 4 - 7 p.m. Join us for this spooktacular event!

4 - 7 p.m. | Family free time to explore fun zones
5:45 - 6:30 p.m. | Parade of Costumes Contest
6:30 - 6:45 p.m. | Costume contest winners will be announced, prizes awarded
6:45 - 7 p.m. | More time to explore fun zones
Reminders
Put on your best costume for the costume contest! Categories are 0-4 years, 5-8 years, 9-17 years, adult (18 and up), and PETS!
Be sure to bring a bag to stash all your candy!
Please note that the library will be closing at 3 p.m. so staff can help set up for the event.
