His latest MCA Records release, This Country Music Thing, debuted Top 10 on the Country Albums chart and has surpassed 10 million global streams, highlighted by “Two Steppin’ On The Moon,” which led to a special performance for NASA astronauts from Mission Control, and “Unsung Hero,” performed on NBC’s TODAY for Veterans Day and later featured on CMT and the Paramount Times Square Billboard. A South Carolina native, Turner is a GMA Dove Award winner, recipient of the Order of the Palmetto, and inductee into the South Carolina Entertainment and Music Hall of Fame; he released his first Greatest Hits album in 2023 and continues touring nationwide while supporting arts education through The Josh Turner Scholarship Fund for the Arts.
