About This Event
Join Heidi as she shares her great-grandmother’s foolproof lefse recipe. She will walk you through each step and explain the best practices for creating consistently good lefse. She’ll also share what to do when things don’t go perfectly and how to save the day–or at least the sheet of lefse.
Bring your questions (it’s ok to ask about using potato flakes) and be ready for a hands-on class that will give you plenty of practice. You will leave class with a couple of sheets of lefse to take home.
