M Balance Pilates Classes

Reformer Classes will be $25 per class

Mat classes will be $20 per class

We will focus more on reformer Pilates but there will be a couple Mat classes a week.

Mat classes are perfect for people who can get up and off ground easily and wish to do body weight exercises while the reformer is up off the ground and adds some weight/resistance.

As we won’t have memberships in the beginning, and we will review it if there is a demand, we will offer class packages of buying 5 classes getting one free.

We will host other events like hot Pilates and a Pilates boot camp. These will not be an every week event and will be priced separately.
