Tap & Ballet (ages 3 - 4)

In this 45 minute class, your dancer will learn to hear different rhythms and the very basic steps of tap, as well as, the 5 positions of ballet. Dancers will gain grace, balance and coordination through the use of simple dance combinations and repetition.

Class attire: 

Girls may wear any style or color leotard. Dance shorts, skirts, and tutus permitted. Tights optional. (Let your dancer express themselves!) Hair pulled up and away from the face. Buns encouraged. Shoes required for class and the Spring Show are pink ballet shoes and black, patent leather mary-jane tap shoes required. 

Boys may wear any fitted top and shorts or pants. If hair is long, it should be worn back and off the face. Shoes required for class and the Spring Show are black ballet shoes and black tap shoes.
