Boys meet chicken, boys fall in love with chicken, boys open fried chicken shop in Chicago. 10Q Chicken is the love and labor of childhood friends, David Yoo and Will Song (founder of bopNgrill), whose shared obsession with fried chicken took them across the world in search of all things fried chicken. 10Q arose from those adventures, offering American fried chicken classics inflected with the diverse flavors of their time living and eating across East Asia.
