Alpana Singh — the youngest woman in history to pass the rigorous Master Sommelier exam — built this restaurant around a single idea: that food and wine are inseparable. Every dish was conceived to make wine taste better. Every wine was chosen to make food taste better. This is what we mean by wine-inspired cuisine. Open for dinner every night and weekend brunch.
