The Harbormaster's Office is responsible for ensuring the safe and enjoyable use of navigable City Waters, including parts of the Severn River, Back Creek, Spa Creek, and Weems Creek. The Harbormaster manages public and private moorings, 1,700 feet of bulkhead, 20 slips at City Dock, more than 17 miles of shoreline, as well as various park docks and street-end landings, and enforces Boating Law and City regulations. Offers a mobile pump out service ($5 per tank).
