We started baking bread in a home kitchen in 2020. A family thing. Neighbors kept coming back for more, and it genuinely felt like we were running some kind of black market bakery situation. So that became the name. We got a food truck by fall. Opened our first shop in 2022. Menu changes every week, built around what's fresh and seasonal. Vegan pastries and a vegan sandwich available daily; dedicated gluten-free kitchen at the West St location.
