About
Captain Kids Childcare is a home day care center “designed with the child in mind,” offering family style childcare. Provider Rosa Carroll founded it in 1980 and has been in Minneapolis’ Seward neighborhood for over 40 years, near downtown. Care begins with a tour and consultation about each child’s dietary and care needs, and she monitors and coordinates each child’s needs throughout the day.
