Community Unify Roanoke

Community Unify Roanoke (CUR) exists to create an environment that promotes fitness and develops a community where each and every athlete strives to meet his or her goal(s). We aim to provide a motivating atmosphere while continuously improving the quality of athletes' movement through functional training and functional wellness methodology. A primary goal at CUR is to become recognized as one of most effective training facilities in the fitness community.
