Embody provides a peaceful, relaxing environment to be your getaway from stress and provide escape from the demands of a busy life. Our well-appointed facilities include large and extra large Sunlighten infrared saunas equipped with Spotify, and a commercial grade cold plunge tub. Our saunas and plunge room are all private and are never shared unless you choose to bring a friend! We provide towels, sauna wraps, water, and cold towels, so all you need to bring is yourself.
