Gene’s Place is the oldest running beer garden in Morgantown – started in 1944. Gene’s has always been known for their famous hotdog (best in Morgantown), cold beer, as well as friendly staff and regulars. Gene’s also features a great venue for some of the best live music in Morgantown! Al Bonner, owner and operator, took over Gene’s from the original owners, the Perilli Family, in 1985.
