Hartfield & Co. Distillery is the only distillery located in the birthplace of Bourbon Whiskey - Bourbon County, Kentucky. With a dedication to producing the finest craft spirits we are proud to be the first distillery to legally produce Bourbon in Bourbon County since prohibition was enacted in 1919. We love sharing our passion for great whiskey so book a tour, drop in for a tasting, or Pick a Single Barrel, and experience Bourbon from Bourbon County!

It all starts with a passion for crafting the finest spirits. Using methods of production revived from pre-prohibition times, Hartfield & Co. has produced unique, award-wining spirits for over a decade. We source all of our grains from within a 50 mile radius of the distillery, and like the early Bourbon pioneers from the County that came before us, we craft our spirits using local limestone filtered water. Every spirit we produce captures the essence of the birthplace of America’s Whiskey.
