As brewers and beekeepers we saw beekeepers struggling to make a living and folks not like mead because it was too sweet. We knew that if we could take our honey and use our brewing experience to make mead in a new style that people enjoyed we could fund more beekeepers all over the state. After years of experimenting we came up with a totally new method of making mead that we think you will love!
