Johnson's BBQ Shack

 Before there was a shack, and before there was a food truck, there was Thanksgiving dinner. It began with one turkey on a Coleman electric smoker and no real knowledge of how to smoke meat. Fortunately, the smoked turkey was a hit and so began the years and tradition of smoked turkey for Thanksgiving and other holidays.
