It’s frustrating and sometimes overwhelming when you don’t understand why you do the things you do, and even more when you don’t know why you can’t stop. It’s astounding how much anger and resentment can happen in a marriage or relationship, sometimes even in a very short time, and it makes you want to give up. It’s not hard to get anxious or depressed, become hopeless or worse from all the pressures of life, whether it’s from failures, traumatic events that you didn’t ask for, thoughts that just won’t stop, or conflict in relationships.

All this makes you feel unsafe, anxious and even depressed when you realize that you don’t think you can overcome the difficulties in your life. You don’t feel like you can keep up the pace and continue living this way.
