Julio’s Bagels

 Julio’s Bagels was inspired by a craving for the perfect bagel and the belief that if you can’t find one, bake one. In 2022, Ashley Patino (owner of Pizza Bones and brains behind all things bread) applied the same principles to bagels as she did to pizza: naturally-leavened dough, freshly milled grain, and seasonal add-ons that compliment—not complicate—existing flavors.
