Kado no Mise, translating to "Corner Restaurant," serves Edomae sushi and simple, delicate Japanese fare, true to the tastes and form that Chef Furukawa learned when he first started cooking professionally in his hometown of Tokyo. Three Experiences, One Location: Kado no Mise (Wed-Sun, 5:30PM+), Kaiseki Furukawa (a kaiseki tasting experience, Tuesday 5:30PM & 8:30PM), and Gori Gori Peku (an intimate Japanese whisky bar, Tue-Sun 5PM+).
