Leather Luster, Inc. was founded by Mr. Paul Paquet in the state of New York. Mr. Paquet was a New York State Trooper and spent a considerable amount of time having to repeatedly polish his gun belt and boots. He decided there must be a better way to do this without so much time and effort. Thus, In the fall of 1965, Mr. Paquet developed Leather Luster.
